What: The 100 last days of the year.

Why: Develop habits for a healthy thriving lifestyle in Body-Soul-Mind. Accomplish goals you've always wanted to reach but never had the courage or motivation to stay committed to. Because YOU matter.

When: 23 September - 31 December
(The Less-Stress Pre-Holiday version start: 13 September until 22 Dec)

Who: Anyone brave enough to give a shot at discipline and consistency for 100 days.

Purpose

  • Refocus = Remember and restart working toward a goal you've always wanted to reach.
  • Together = Work toward this goal together with me and/or peers that will join in also or cheer you on in your challenge.
  • Shaping = consistently work on shaping new habits that reshape who you are into who you want to be.
  • Motivate = push yourself beyond the "I've failed", "I've tried this before" or "I could never..."
  • Challenge = Go outside your comfortzone, take the path that is less walked and dare yourself to persevere.
  • You = all of you: your Body, Soul and Mind have the potential to become stronger and healthier.
  • Consistency = step by step, day by day:

The gameplan

  1.  Choose 1-3 goals you want to work on.
     BODY - SOUL - MIND
  2.  Tell someone about your goals and your mission who  will check in on you during the journey.
  3.  Brainstorm ideas on how to achieve these goals. Set mini-goal Milestones.
  4.  Every day for 100 days starting September 23 work on at least one of your goals.
  5.  Be nice to yourself. This is designed to help you, not to beat yourself up on. If you miss a day - it's okay! Just restart and keep going.
  6.  Share your struggles and victories with others.
  7.  Enjoy the hard days - just as muscles grow during strain, character is formed in struggle.
